Missing rsync RPMs ?

Hi, I had a look at ftp://ftp.redhat.com/redhat/linux/enterprise/5Server/en/os/SRPMS/ and found following RPMs for rsync ftp://ftp.redhat.com/redhat/linux/enterprise/5Server/en/os/SRPMS/rsync-2.6.… ftp://ftp.redhat.com/redhat/linux/enterprise/5Server/en/os/SRPMS/rsync-3.0.… ftp://ftp.redhat.com/redhat/linux/enterprise/5Server/en/os/SRPMS/rsync-3.0.… http://mirror.centos.org/centos-5/5.6/os/SRPMS/ has http://mirror.centos.org/centos-5/5.6/os/SRPMS/rsync-2.6.8-3.1.src.rpm http://mirror.centos.org/centos-5/5.6/updates/SRPMS/ has no rpms for rsync Am I severely misguided in assuming that rsync-3.0.6-4.el5 and rsync-3.0.6-4.el5_7.1 should exist in CentOS 5 ? Boot.Kernel.Org and CentOS

hi guys, About a year or so back, there was some effort put into getting a CentOS-5 image setup to work off boot.kernel.org and be able to get that install process working. That effort was abandoned since it needed quite a lot of work to be done, and was startig to become massively intrusive. Centos server installation

I am just suggesting a new opinion on centos server. During the installation, why cant you add a check or click all box to select all packages you are going to install when choosing packages or service you want to install in the server. i have to do the clicking on 1 at a time just to install like 300 or more packages.
