c9 to c10 migration - anybody did recently?

Hi guys. An in-place migration, bit clunky but works - what did not work when I did it, in very early days of c10 was: networkmanager configuration, specifically: network connections were all lost. Anybody did it such "migration" recently - perhaps "recently" NM whole stash remains a ok? many thanks, L.

Hi guys. I'm trying to rebuild 'rust-vhost-device-gpu.spec' from 'rust-vhost-device-gpu-0.1.0-2.el10s.src.rpm' and I fail with: ... Start: buildsrpm Start: rpmbuild -bs error: macro expansion did not return an integer: (%2) ? "%{expand:%%{!?_without_%{1}:%%global with_%{1} 1}}" : "%{expand:%%{?_with_%{1}:%%global with_%{1} 1}}" error: expanded string: %2 ... This is some tickery I'm missing here - missing args to cmd which in my case is 'mock' - specific to this .spec? many thanks, L

virtio GPUs with Qemu ?

Hi guys. Can you tell when Centos will include 3D hardware virtio with Qemu/KVM - is there a schedule for this even if a loose one? It would be great to have it, especially with more "modern" kernels being available from SIGs/third-parties or even current ones. Perhaps there is software stack capable of this already which some group/repo makes available somewhere? many thanks, L.

Discussion: Thoughts of new sig - CentOS Rollup

This is my last call to see if anyone wants to be part of a CentOS Rollup SIG. The SIG would rollup all of the "stuff" (images, repos, packages, documentation, etc...) from all the CentOS SIGs, along with the the corresponding CentOS Stream and EPEL releases, once a quarter. We could put all of that in AWS space, and leave it there for a period of time. Some people brought it up last year, but when I went to start the SIG, nobody said anything. If nobody wants to have or participate in this SIG, I'm totally fine dropping it. Troy
