I see that some packages I tagged for release didn't land on mirrors yet, so this seems to be still an issue. example: openstack-java-sdk-3.2.7-1.el7 https://cbs.centos.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=25954 not showing up on http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/virt/x86_64/ovirt-4.4/
