I just found the bug, i forgot to set the translation domain for the glade file. So some gui elements are not translated, i have fixed it in yumex 0.99.8, i will release it tomorrow.

As for localization problem for Japanese (maybe for other languages too) is fixed at a new version of Yum 0.99.9 that you uploaded just now. Every function keys displayed are localized normally. -Green-
