Could you use the http://wiki.centos.org/ArtWork/Themes/Models/Distribution/7/Anaconda page to organize the information you find? Other components' artwork requirements might be organized in their own pages under the http://wiki.centos.org/ArtWork/Themes/Models/Distribution/7/ page as well.
