ou need to also create a dummy 75- policy so its not created first instance ( gets in the way of snapshot, re-deploy )
What should this dummy policy contain? From what I've seen, `echo > /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules` does the job.
And yes, it would be a great idea to have a kickstart snippet to apply to all VM images and optimise these things.
