OK, I did some testing and I put the 7.2 version in 7.1 CentOS extras and that seems OK. In 30 minutes or so, it should be on mirror.centos.org. Please test and see if that works in the interim.

I can confirm that libunwind is installable (and consequently NGINX) with the following in CentOS-Base.repo:
baseurl=http://mirror.centos.org/centos/$releasever/extras/$basearch/
