There are no CentOS 6.0 beta builds. Only builds for QA process and QA team members, without public download.
Once everything is set, any day now according to the QA web site: http://qaweb.dev.centos.org/qa/dashboard, ISO and packages will be distributed to all official mirrors, and once that is done project will announce the availability of ISO's and packages.
