ou need to also create a dummy 75- policy so its not created first instance ( gets in the way of snapshot, re-deploy )

What should this dummy policy contain? From what I've seen, `echo > /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules` does the job.

that would do it, but adding a comment in there might be a good idea eg. : #stop a persistent mac addy being expected for netdev or something such
