My personal opinion is that it is about the same is an upgrade from CentOS-3 to CentOS-4 ... doable, but painful ... and in the end, probably not worth the effort.

I have at least 1 machine I'll have to do it. And, guess what ? It is a remote machine (datacenter in another country).

Should be fun.
