Was i386/RPMS/kernel-2.6.32-131.17.1.el6.i686.rpm made by simply doing
wget http://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/enterprise/6Server/en/os/SRPMS/kernel... rpmbuild --rebuild kernel-2.6.32-131.17.1.el6.src.rpm
You will get stock RHEL kernel by doing that. Anyways, why do you need exactly centos kernel? As you can see below -- it's just stock RHEL one but with some slight changes which doesn't affect functionality.
