Of course it doesn't. However, to the rest of us it gives an indication that Manuel is an active contributor to the Fedora project, and brings with him the experience and knowledge of how to *properly* build packages. As such, listening to what the man has to say without your attitude being present might actually be a good thing for you to try sometime.
