'centos' is another potentially good option, there is precidence there already.
If RHEL uses cloud-user then CentOS should follow.
we do quite a bit more than what RHEL does - so I dont really want to limit our options based on what RHEL is doing or isnt doing, I am sure they can make up their own minds :)
