Since this is EOL, it may not matter, but I could just publish this version in CentOS Stream 8 as well.. since it is already built and released. But people probably should not be using it anyway.

Personally, I'd love to see it there even if it is for an EOL product. If for nothing else, it would help ensure completeness.
