There are updated ruby packages in the development repository at dev.centos.org. The updated packages bring ruby to 1.8.5. Additional packages are now available for ruby-mysql and ruby-postgresql also. These packages are the gem files providing mysql.so and the like. Please provide feedback for these packages.
