The new terms are live as of an hour or two ago. I just used a personal account to verify I could download and register. It's installing via Red Hat's CDN as I type. New "16 production server" terms can be found here:

Yep, same here. I used my existing personal account (created back before I joined Red Hat), and logged in at https://developers.redhat.com/register. This made me agree to some terms and then dropped me at https://developers.redhat.com/confirmation. Having done that, at https://access.redhat.com/management/subscriptions I see that I now have a Red Hat developer subscription. Cool.
I thought (maybe wrong) that it was said that it doesn't need to create an account , but just logging in with one from github or other recognized social media would work ?
Or is that the process ? create a new profile (through "developers.redhat.com/register") and then agree to the terms ?
Just curious
