No EPL repos are there by default AFAIAW
But poking around in: http://sme-mirror.firewall-services.com/releases/8/ it looks like the base is duplicated under smeos with stuff from EPEL, etc., in some of the other sections. Do they do something to control where updates come from?
There is a script which copies some rpms needed for dependencies from epel, repoforge, etc.
