Hi, checking for ovirt 4.0 packages:

The 4.0 repo is up: http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/virt/x86_64/ovirt-4.0/
Not sure why centos-release-ovirt40.noarch is missing. Can you please add it? The RPM is available here: http://cbs.centos.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=11984
