Considering the 'CentOS Team' could potentially include everyone of the few million users who use it, I'd say its still a good idea to document it ( if it really is a bug ) at bugs.centos.org and if you choose to also report at bugzilla.redhat.com - make sure you cross ref the two.

I reported the bug on bugzilla and put the ref to mantis. Is there, in Mantis, a same feature to cross ref to bugzilla?
