Out of curiosity: does a human being answer to such emails (OK to wait if you are getting tons of emails), and how much time it could take before getting a *live* human response?
So far all I see is a "bounce" message with ad blurb and promise to send newsletter on great RH plans for ex-CentOS Linux users. I do not need that, actually - I'd prefer to read real-life human being's answers.
I'm not familiar with the exact plans, but I suspect the answer to this depends on the nature and volume of the feedback provided.
