Then I used post on the same Blog: http://seven.centos.org/2014/06/centos-7-nightly-builds-and-live-media-iso-i... to add Repo for "latest": http://buildlogs.centos.org/centos/7/os/x86_64-latest
these are the distro repos
there is no need to use both of those - actually, unless you are doing something very funky, or shadow-building CentOS ( there are a few of you doing that! ) then there is no reason to hit the build time repos, at all. ever.
