[CentOS-devel] Minor Jira tweaks next week

Hi folks,

This is a quick note to let you know that some minor changes will be coming to Jira early next week. If you write JQL for fun, love dashboards, or otherwise enjoy recreational parsing, these might affect you.

1: Today RHEL CVE trackers are filed with a "Bug" issue type. Next week we'll start adding new issues with CVE-centric issue types. These include extra CVE-centric fields.

2: The Severity field's available values will be simplified down to just 4: Urgent, High, Medium, and Low. Values in existing issues will be remapped.

This is probably a no-op for most people, but just in case, that's the plan!
