Phil, the current link is a "feed" icon at the bottom of the Recent Activity section on http://qaweb.dev.centos.org/qa/

I'll see what I can do about making a more prominent link.

I don't think I would have noticed the rss icon on the page itself, but it worked fine to add the link from the previous email: http://qaweb.dev.centos.org/qa/feed into google reader which then permits reading alternately from the google reader web interface or the android phone app.
