I would prefer Friday at 15:30, if possible. But if that's not good for anyone, what you suggested is fine. (I have a conflict on Wednesdays at 15:00, but if it's just IRC then I can do both.)

Friday 15:30 UTC looks fine to me. Lets fix the time unless anyone have other time preference.
