Isn't dev.c.o already created to host this type of testing stuff? To me it looks like a perfect host until we reach a final release which can go to the official mirrors.
thats right, but there is no easy way to communicate an upstream repo change to ostree. the ostree configs are held outside the tree itself.

Personally, I'd like to see an Atomic.CentOS.org, but I don't think it's actually necessary.
dev.centos.org seems reasonable for now, and as long as we just have one repo switch (when it becomes "official" / stable) that shouldn't be too onerous.
