Here at the WashU Engineering school we run CentOS in both workstation and server roles; over 75 machines and more tied behind clusters.
We have a good set of architectures to test on if needed; the usual x86/x86-64 plus Alpha and PPC, in a mixed environment authenticating to LDAP/Kerberos off of Active Directory.
Plus, my boss just got a new workstation, so I figured I'd show him a good time. :)
