Hi guys.
An in-place migration, bit clunky but works - what did not work when I did it, in very early days of c10 was: networkmanager configuration, specifically: network connections were all lost. Anybody did it such "migration" recently - perhaps "recently" NM whole stash remains a ok?
many thanks, L.
I think elevate might be the way to go for that: https://almalinux.org/elevate/

There was just a talk at CentOS Connect about leapp getting support for CentOS Stream:

Unfortunately, we had some audio issues in the morning, so I can't point you at a full recording yet. I haven't tested leapp myself, but it seems worth looking at.
