RHSCL 3.2 was released a few weeks ago with a new PHP 7.2 Software collection

The rh-php72 packages are already available in centos-sclo-rh repostitory.
The additional extensions are available in centos-sclo-sclo-testing, and will be shortly pushed in centos-sclo-sclo stable repository
