This appears to be a RH internal issue with how the sources are pushed. I've got a couple tickets filed about it and am harassing people directly so hopefully we'll get it resolved shortly, though I don't have an ETA to offer.

Just as a status update for this, I'm told that the glitch internally has been resolved, and they expect to push these updates on Monday.

Unfortunately problem hasn't been solved correctly.
At least following repos have updates in wrong order:
firefox thunderbird xorg-x11-server
So that's not ideal. Okay, I'm going to punt this back to them to see if it's possible for them to fix without *really* complicating things.
