I am hitting infra issues with OpenShift running on CentOS CI. Is it the right group to address those kind of issue? or maybe you can refer me to an appropriate ML.

The dedicated ci-users list (https://lists.centos.org/mailman/listinfo/ci-users) would be appropriate, but if that's a real issue, a bug report on https://bugs.centos.org (Project: Buildsys/ category : ci.centos.org ecosystem testing) would be good too
