Are there any plans to add rsyslog7 into centos6?
It was recently added to RHEL6[1].

The rsyslog7 packages are already available in the CR repository (http://wiki.centos.org/AdditionalResources/Repositories) and will be part of CentOS 6.6 when it becomes GA shortly.
