I have tagged docker 1.2.0 (tracks upstream 1.2.0) and cockpit 0.24 with virt7-testing. So, I guess that should make them available on a wider scale.
FYI, cockpit 0.24 needed glib2 and glib-networking updates, both tagged virt7-testing as well.
Let me know how it works (or explodes) for you :)

I'm hoping to test this later, but do you know if this bug[1] is fixed in 1.2.0? I had to downgrade from 1.1.2 -> to 0.11.1 because of it.

Not yet, sadly. You'll need to add the user to docker group. http://www.projectatomic.io/blog/2014/09/granting-rights-to-users-to-use-doc...
Sorry I'm not certain atm what's causing this requirement. Perhaps it's obvious to others.

There's a requirement for storaged as well, but that's not tagged in virt7-testing. That's the only thing I've found
