Should we, for the time being, disable the p_arpwatch test for el7?

It might be good if you are able to file a bug for this against el7b1 at bugzilla.redhat.com and mention that bz number in the comment that you use to disable it.

This bug I mentioned is already files against el7b1, targeted release rc. I will disable the test for el7 with this number in the comments then.
