The 'Test Page' could be a bit more colorful.
Rest is quite fine.

Looks really nice. Maybe the Apache Test Page could have the same blue background-header as the other pages? I think leaving the CentOS-logo out is the right choice to make it different from the CentOS-servers/mirrors.
