AFAIK, there were no SIG meeting on irc (and so no minutes either) but iirc Julien asked for discussion on the centos-devel list. I don't know the next steps as it seems there was a need to discuss the koji tags but no discussion happened during cbs meeting either.

Quick update on my side.
I was waiting for feedback, on buildlogs.c.o structure : https://bugs.centos.org/view.php?id=10604
puppet and ansible tags are ready for el7 ; when tested and validated we can create el6 ones.

I commented on the bug also, but I'll mention here: we generally wait until there are RPMs ready for testing before we create the space on buildlogs (in fact the push scripts require that there be something tagged to -testing). We can have the SIG file a new bug when ready.
