New RHSCL 3.0 Beta is available for testing [1]

The new rh-php71 collection is also available in the centos-sclo-rh-testing repostiory for CentOS users.

The new collection provides PHP 7.1.8, pear 1.10.4 and APCu 5.1.8.

Additional community maintained packages are also available in the centos-sclo-sclo-testing repository [2].
