That's just the default CentOS Apache webserver page. It means that your webhoster is using CentOS, but due to a misconfiguration on their side, the default Apache page shows up, rather than your website.
From a quick reverse lookup, I can see that your hoster is
protagonist.nl. So, please contact them, since this is a problem on their end.

You need to configure your webserver and supply an index page. This has NOTHING to do with centos development and is on the wrong mailing list.
