The .src.rpm for qt-4.6.2-26.el6_4 is there, but the above URL doesn't exist (that's the latest release according to yum info), so where can I find the latest source rpm file?

Try http://vault.centos.org/6.6/os/Source/SPackages/qt-4.6.2-28.el6_5.src.rpm as 6.6 is the latest.

Updates for 6.5 are in a different location than the original package set for 6.5:
http://vault.centos.org/6.5/updates/Source/SPackages/qt-4.6.2-28.el6_5.src.r...

Ok, good to know. I got the link from pkgs.org, so I'll contact them and let them know that their links aren't correct.
