in Fedora, I can get all Rawhide specfiles from one big tarball:

https://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/repo/rpm-specs-latest.tar.xz

Is there an equivalent of such tarball for CentOS Stream 9?

I'd like to check the usage of one of our macros before landing a change.
