The src.rpm for this update for RHEL4 was never pushed properly, but is now where it should be. http://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHBA-2006-0687.html
And for some bizarre reason, it's marked as "Affected Products: Other", but it is indeed a RHEL4 fix (and cures an issue that bites us here).
