Would anyone like to help maintain the freshmeat.net page for project CentOS ? There are a few of us on the list of admins there, but clearly noone is really looking at it. ( http://freshmeat.net/projects/centos )
I can help you to maintain this page.

I think were prolly going to be ok with 2 people added to that list for now, if they *dont* keep things updated, how about you and I get together and go beat them up ?
Also, we need someone to make sure http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CentOS has all the various release and versions. Also make sure it stays updated. At the moment it only seems to list major releases for the distro, does not track LiveCD / ServerCD by version. Would you like to be responsible for that ?
Are there any other such sites that track software / linux distro's that we need to track and make sure they stay updated ?

If you do want to take that up, I'd need to know what your Wikipedia username is and what your wiki.centos.org username is, so you can be listed at the right place, as the person to blame at time of new releases.

Sounds good, no problem.

For sure, but I will do this in my free time(generally after work). If it's OK to you, my wikipedia user is rmars and my account in Centos Wiki is RicardoMaraschini. Will be a pleasure to help CentOS team, and congratulations for your great work.

We all only do this in our "free" time. Although its been said that some of us dont quite understand the idea of "free" time.

Isn't free time that space between obligation (work/family) and sleep (need at least a little), that one feels able/willing to give up?
