I'm missing this package in CentOS 8 repos, not sure if this is correct place for this question, but does someone have info what happended and how to aciheve same functionality on C8? Or at least point me to the right direction. Been looking all over and cannot seem to find any info on it.

Same functionality as *what*? I don't see such a package for other CentOS or RHEL releases. I see "libvirt-client": is that what you meant?

Are you referring to the libvirt-guests *service*? Because that is still part of the libvirt-client package.
