Hi, As a member of the OpenShift project, I am trying to get OpenShift Origin into CentOS.
This effort would create CentOS OpenShift Origin rpm's, along with their dependencies. It would also involve creating CentOS OpenShift Origin docker images. It could also involve creating virtual machine and/or cloud images. Virtual machine and cloud images are not part of our original wants and needs, but if someone were to help create them, we wouldn't say no.
I am requesting a SIG, named SIG-Paas. If the committee feels that is too broad, then we would like SIG-OpenShift.
Thank You Troy Dawson

FWIW, I would be interested in participating here.
Also, in the interest of cross-community participation, we recently got OpenShift Origin into Fedora[0][1] and I would be happy add co-maintainers to the Fedora origin package[2] if anyone in the CentOS SIG space was interested in participating in Fedora as well.

Welcome, and yes, I'm in favor of this. I think SIG-Paas should be fine.

The ADB guys have been ofering some help ( and are one the key drivers behind the effort to get openshift in CentOS repos ), I've pinged a few of them to come join.

SIG-PaaS should work, I will have a draft proposal up today and we can iterate over that.

Did this happen yet? If so I missed it and need to be pointed in the right direction.
If it didn't, that is fine. I just don't want ya'll to be waiting on me wondering why I haven't done anything yet.
Thanks for this opportunity. Troy Dawson

sort of, its sitting in my machine at home - I just need to be home long enough to send it out. Expect it by Monday the 8th.

Yup, I am interested for SIG-Paas. This would enable us to cache OpenShift docker images inside the ADB vagrant box [1].

Hey Troy, glad to see you here.
+1 from me on a Paas SIG.
