It was not built (yet), because it is part of a Module, and some sources for that module are not in git yet, so it really can't be built yet.

So perl-CPAN-Meta-Check itself is actually pushed already, but we're waiting on some transient dependencies.

We're working with Red Hat to get these pushed currently.
