should be working now .. took a little while for all the internal mirrors to get caught up
With the signature in a separate file, there is always that short window between when repomd.xml is generated and when second file with the signature gets written out... if a scheduled rsync happens at just the right window....

I opened https://github.com/rpm-software-management/librepo/issues/237 to see if we can get inline signatures for DNF metadata.
