CentOS comps files have duplicate entries.
On fedora documentation there is example how to clean up comps file:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_use_and_edit_comps.xml_for_package_grou...
comps-cleanup.xsl in comps-extras package is unfortunately not complete and removes necessary <environment> tags.
There is a better version in fedora git:
https://git.fedorahosted.org/cgit/comps.git/tree/
But that introduces minor disorder of the fields in the file. I attached here cleaned up version which produces correct alphabetic order.

Hi Tuomo,
Thanks for the updated xls file .. I'll have a look and will merge it with the tool we use to produce the comps.xml file.
Cheers,
