I have no idea how those are updated, or who provided what's there. I seem to remember asking this before, but I don't think anybody raised their hands.
If you know, or if it's you, please document here - https://wiki.centos.org/Cloud/AWS - how one goes about uploading those images, and/or who is responsible for doing so.
