I cannot connect to www.centos.org and related sites. It was noticed that access to the forums has been very slow today. Now the site is totally inaccessible.

Yup, down here also when trying to access from a browser due to a time-out :-(.
Although apparently it's not totally down as I can ping it:

I am able to access the site and perform a login sequence.
The site thanks me for logging in and then displays the home page.
However, a closer inspection shows that I am not actually logged in.

Nothing else has yet been checked / tested.

Everything seem to be back to "normal" (whatever that may be).

Appears to be normal here also, just logged in and checked, all appears well :-)
Nice job, to whoever fixed it :-)
