I've created a new project at http://bugs.centos.org/ to handle and work with all the cloud instance specific issues.
so far, its got 2 components: cloud-init, cloud-utils. If needed we can add components for each environment we target, or hope to target.

That's great and thanks for incorporating the cloudstack url patch. I'll raise further issues, if any, on the bug tracker.

the cloud-init build is live at buildlogs ( or well, it will be shortly ) - I will have new images, but the process here takes hours to churn. If you want to go ahead and verfiy that cloud-init works, would be good.

this cloud-init works fine with oz / Openstack.

Builds seems to break[1] with the cloudstack patch, opened http://bugs.centos.org/view.php?id=7546 with a patch that works.
