If it goes into updates, there is no need to have it in the CR repo as well since CR will just be like optional repo "updates2".
yeah, hence my and/or
keep in mind that when a previous point release moves to vault, we want to try and keep it as close to the updates/ and os/ state as was in the lifetime of that point release.
